I've tried a lot of ways on how to lose weight but sadly let us accept reality, losing weight is a very long process. Or nah! Two months ago, I discover this ways on how to lose weight fast, just like you I've been searching my whole life just to be fit. I know the feeling of starving yourself, get bullied all the time, buying new XL clothes every month.
This may not work for all but trust me, in just 2 weeks I lost 5 kilograms of fat. Not bad right? So here are the five steps and ways to lose weight for beginners.
Number 1: TAKE IT SLOW
I had read a lot of articles regarding this and I therefore conclude that this is the most effective way to lose those fats of yours. The very first step in this mission is to look forward in what you eat. Your digestive system will adjust depending on how much amount you eat per meal, try to eat less food that has a big amount of trans fat and for the mean time try NOT to eat meat and yes that includes chicken, pork and beef for 30 days. Believe me this kind of fasting will help your system adjust and get ready for the next level of fitness called dieting. This process works for me, I do not totally recommend this to all since we have different types of digestive system.
If you want more on professional advice, I have this book that my friend lend me entitled "The Real Life diet" by Maryon Stewart (See Picture above) this book have a lot of tips and real experiences of people who are also suffering like us. The best thing about the book is it provides meal plans for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Also, I have this best book for your insecurities by two of my favorite celebrity in the Philippines Solenn Heussaff and Georgina Wilson entitled "Besties" (See pictures above). I'm telling you, you won't regret buying this book and there is a section where you can find a lot of tips and rules for your diet plans written by Erwan Heusaff (brother of one of the authors of the book Solenn). Want some example? Ok here it goes: Erwan says that dessert should be a treat not an everyday need.
Here is some tricky advice for this step, first taking slow means you should slow down while eating and learn how to chew your food properly. Second, drink water before every meal, this will help you to avoid eating a lot and crave even after meal. Lastly, eat in a small plate or bowl, you already know why.
Number 2: WORK IT OUT
They say that the right percentage for body goals is 70% diet and 30% exercise. So why not? Let's do it in an easy way. Gym is a good choice, I've tried to apply a membership for a month but I think this does not work for me. On my opinion, it's just a waste of time traveling and also a waste of money when you can have other activities to sweat it out.
So my alternative, instead of going to the gym I jog in the morning for about an hour and the best application to track your activities is this Nike+.

Also, remember the best book I've been talking about in Number 1? "Besties" provide 13 afternoon workouts for you. For just couple of three cycles of 15 repetition everyday you'll see the progress you want to achieve.
Number 3: THROW IT NOW
This step is the simplest yet the most hardest of all. THROW ALL THE REASONS WHY YOU'RE FAT. No more sweets, no more junks, no more hard and soft drinks, no more burgers, fries, pizza and no more unhealthy foods.
You can't? Then don't expect to have the perfect body shot you are dreaming about.
Number 4: OH NO!
Learn to say no. It's not bad to hang out with your friends and family with not so healthy food in front of you but it is bad if you do it all the time. Aside from your wasting too much money for food, you are also wasting all your effort to achieve that body goals.
So next time your friend or family called you for lunch, you know what to answer.
Number 5: TAKE A REST
Oh well, you're on the last step. Always remember this, sometimes in life you also need to cheat not to be bad but to be successful. CHEAT DAY ONCE A WEEK or ONCE A MONTH is a MANDATORY. Be happy!
